STILLWATER TWINKLE PARADE for children starts at the Dock Cafe at 4PM with the Teddy Bear Band. Children are given twinkle lights, cookies and hot chocolate. Mrs. Claus leads the parade along the river to the Gazebo where there is a tree lighting ceremony, Santa's arrival on a fire truck and fireworks. The event ends at approx. 6PM. Bring the kids!
