Year-RoundKeith Bear is one of the nation's leading Native American flutists. He and composer Linda Tutas Haugen will make their Bemidji debut with Linda's music settings of the beloved children's book, "The Old Turtle" by Douglas Wood. Also featured is the Bemidji premiere of "Between Two Cultures," a symphonic piece by Fargo composer Russ Peterson.
