Take a Kid Fishing Day on Lake Vermilion is July 17th. Kids 10-15 years old will have the opportunity to experience fishing on Lake Vermilion with experienced professional and volunteer guides. Participants will also join in a fish fry to share "fish tales" and receive gift packets after the event. Registration deadline July 5th. (limited to 100 participants, so sign up soon) Parents who are seasoned Vermilion fishermen may wish to add their name to the guide list. This is a great opportunity!

Pehrson Lodge will offer special event rates (providing significant savings) to participants and their families staying at Pehrson Lodge for the event week. Three day minimum July 13-20.
