WHAT: The Dreidel Dash 5k, 10k, Maccabee Mini Mile & Post Dash Bash

WHO: More than 500 runners of all ages and abilities, along with Race Grand Marshal Sven Sundgaard, KARE-11 meteorologist, will dash to the finish on scenic courses along the Mississippi River.

WHEN: Sunday, December 9, 2012

WHERE: St. Paul JCC, 1375 St. Paul Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55116
• Maccabee Mini Mile heats begin at noon on St. Paul Avenue in front of the JCC.
• 10k run begins at 12:30 pm at the St. Paul JCC.
• 5k run/walk begins at 1:15 pm at Temple of Aaron, 616 Mississippi River Blvd., St. Paul and ends at the St. Paul JCC.
• Post Dash Bash and family concert begins at 12:30 pm at the St. Paul JCC

WHY: Don’t lose the running mojo you worked hard to build all summer! Participate in the best winter races in the Twin Cities. The 5k and 10k courses are USATF-certified and chip timed, perfect for serious runners who want to beat their own personal best time as well as those who are running their first race.

HOW: Register online at www.active.com. For race information, call the St. Paul JCC at
651-698-0751. Race day registration is from 11 am to 1 pm at the St. Paul JCC (10K and Maccabee Mini Mile) or Temple of Aaron (5K only).
