Oct 17, 2013 - Oct 18, 2013Come and spend the day off from school at Historic Fort Snelling! Learn about what education was like during the early 1800s, everything from one-room schoolhouses to trade apprenticeships. Demonstrations of cannon and musket firing, hearth cooking, and more! Try out the History Hunt scavenger hunt program, which takes kids on an exploration of the fort looking for historic items and rewards them with membership in the Fort Kids Club! 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
