Year-RoundCharlie Parr is performing at the Old School Arts Center, Friday March 15. Local musicians will open the show at 6:00pm! Charlie is an amazing folk-blues singer and musician from Duluth. It’s bound to be a great show for everyone! There will be a $10.00 admission at the door.
