    Calling all choristers! You are invited to be a part of our first ever Messiah Sing Along. Visit our website for information on music, rehearsals, and how to be a part of this exciting event. Please note the later start time for this concert. Non-singers will find plenty to enjoy as well, with traditional holiday cheer led by our debuting solo artist, Mankato's own soprano Stephanie Thorpe. Kenneth Freed conducts.

    Minnesota Orchestra solo hornist Michael Gast returns to Mankato flush from a successful season with the New York Philharmonic. Michael's playing has been called "a gift from Heaven" (Classical Source) and you will understand why after hearing him undertake Mozart's joyful concerto. Beethoven's Seventh Symphony, whirling and irresistible, closes a vintage program. Kenneth Freed conducts.
