Year-Round14th Annual Park Rapids American Legion Community Ice Fishing Derby, located on Fish Hook Lake in Park Rapids. There will be $110,000 in prizes including about 60 raffle prizes. Grand prize is a pick up, also prizes from 4-wheelers through $50. Park Rapids IS the place to be on February 2nd, 2013
