The Big Island Barbeque, a Kansas City Barbeque Society Sanctioned Competition will be held on August 24 &25 at Freeborn County Fairgrounds. Cooks throughout the Midwest and as far away as Texas will be competing for the best overall cook as well as categories of Ribs, Pork Shoulder or Butt, Chicken or Beef Brisket!
