Free on the beach are canoes, kayaks, hydrobikes, paddleboat, funbugs & sailboat. The 13 beachfront cabins stand steps away from the shore of shimmering Lake Florida, 100 miles west of Mpls/St.Paul, the Mall of America and the Minnesota Twins.

The beachfront, family resort is located on the east shore of Lake Florida with views of spectacular sunsets and nesting loons. The Dickerson's create additional fun for guests by serving homemade doughnuts on Sunday morning and hosting pizza parties by the beach, children's hayrides and marshmallow roasts. There are also bikes, trikes and wagons of all sizes to use.

Close to the Glacial Lakes State Bike Trail, the Prairie Woods Environmental Learning Center and Sibley State Park. Kandiyohi County has many festivals and historical sites. It is an easy 2 hour drive west of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
