LODGE: Built in 1898 right on the shoreline, and seating up to 50, our lodge is the heart of our resort.

Surrounded by forest, it's a peaceful lake (known for its shy trophy walleye) with the serenity of nature, but 2 miles to the little town of Akeley.

CABINS: We have 19 cabins and 2 campsites. The average cost per person in PRIME-TIME summer is $35 night (based on weekly rates).

We have a mix of traditionally rustic cabins (guaranteed clean) and new luxury cabins with fireplaces, whirlpool jet bathtubs, dishwashers, A/C, etc.

At high season summer rates, cabin rentals average about $35 person day. We boast a variety of both traditionally rustic and luxurious new cabins for all levels of budgets (esp. big reunion groups!) The 2 campsites have electric, water and sewer.

Dad can go trophy walleye fishin', Mom can get a massage on-site, the kids can frolic on the big sandy beach, or join a scheduled activity: Bingo, DRUM CIRCLES, potluck luau, sandcastle contest, Norwegian volleyball, Bead Lady night, pool table tournament, etc. Crow Wing Crest Lodge is located 8 miles west of Leech Lake and 25 miles southeast of Itasca State Park in North Central Minnesota. With a historic lodge built in 1898, 19 cabins and two campsites, reunions are welcome!
