Year-RoundPeterson’s RV Campground is located on the Root River Bike Trail and a few blocks from the Root River. Each of the 10 sites has full electric, water and sewer hookups, picnic table & fire ring. Your children will enjoy the nearby playground. Rent the picnic pavilion and/or the lighted softball field for family gatherings. Walk to breakfast, our Laundromat, car wash, and ATM. Rent canoes, kayaks, or tubes and let the owners bus you to your preferred drop off. For your convenience, a grocery store is less than 5 miles away and the Peterson Legion is 3 blocks north. Don't forget to visit the Peterson State Fish Hatchery, our Peterson Station Museum, and then try your hand at trout fishing in our nearby designated trout streams!
Just over the bridge from Scenic Byway 16, in the heart of Historic Bluff Country, we offer a perfect place to play and plan additional day's events. Check out our website for area attractions.
