Morning Star Resort is a full service resort located in the Northwoods of Minnesota, on beautiful Lake Andrusia. Secluded, yet near many area attractions. We are open year around to accommodate families, fishermen, bikers, hikers, hunters, snowmobilers, cross-country skiers, and ice fishermen, with special winter rates. MORNING STAR offers lake-front cabins, and a very nice sandy beach. All cabins have water-front picnic areas, and bonfire pits. Each cabin has at least one, if not two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The cabins have been totally renovated with the most modern amenities. All cabins have large decks, some have fireplaces and screen porches and exterior log siding.

For the camper, we have one R.V. site with full hookups, and Private restrooms with large showers, for your convenience.

The "Sunset Bar & Grill" located in the lodge is open to the public, and offers a large variety of burgers, sandwiches and appetizers for the hungry. Enjoy that cold beverage while sitting on our patio watching the hummingbirds or viewing the gorgeous sunset. The game room has pool and arcade games for your enjoyment, and there is also laundry facilities available in the lodge.

Morning Star Resort is located in the Chippewa National Forest, on The Cass Lake Chain of 8 lakes. We sit on the Northeast shore of Lake Andrusia, positioned perfectly for the incredible sunsets. With 8 lakes accessible by boat, the chain provides a wide variety of excellent fishing to satisfy almost any fisherman. Andrusia is an excellent spring Walleye lake as well as Northern Pike and Musky.

Take your lawn chair down to our sugar sand beach and swimming area. For your evening entertainment, have a bonfire on the waters' edge.

Along with tranquility, wildlife, beautiful scenery and peaceful atmosphere of the resort, the area offers many amenities just a short distance away, such as golfing (at all levels), horseback riding, go karts, water slides, shopping, restaurants and many other things to see and do.

We are, without a doubt, a resort for all ages and all seasons.
