The Pines Resort offers year-round vacations set amidst a wooded shoreline of oak, maple, birch and pine on Lake Winnibigoshish. Come enjoy the great outdoors at Lake Winnie, where 95 percent of the shoreline is uninhabited and the wildlife is abundant. Our cabins range from a cozy single bedroom to a spacious five bedroom. All cabins have full kitchens and amenities; A/C, picnic tables and charcoal grills. Our campground has full RV hookups, a showerhouse and laundry in lodge. The Pines Resort & Campground located 18 miles north of Deer River, MN offers year around accommodations on the shore of Lake Winnibigoshish. Most of our 12 cabins are winterized and all offer full kitchens with modern conveniences like coffeemaker and microwave and amenities such as color TV, picnic table and charcoal grill. Our campground offers 13 campsites for seasonal camping. We offer full RV hookups and a showerhouse in the lodge.Families looking for a Minnesota vacation resort love our water volleyball court, swim raft, children's playground, fire pits, and our large lodge. During open water season we offer boat/motor rental, concrete boat ramp, live bait, tackle, gas, oil and individual boat slips.In the fall, hunters love our location in the Chippewa National Forest which offers great black bear hunting, grouse hunting, duck hunting and deer hunting. The winter at The Pines offers full-service Minnesota ice fishing vacations including lodging, heated fish house rentals and plowed ice roads.
