Greetings from the edge of the BWCAW! Tuscarora Lodge offers six modern housekeeping cabins just off the Gunflint Trail on quiet Round Lake. As the only private property on Round Lake, your wilderness adventure begins when you drive up our driveway. Surrounded by Superior National Forest and with direct access to two USFS entry points for the BWCA, we offer a peaceful setting for exploring northern Minnesota’s pristine canoeing and hiking trails. Tuscarora Lodge and Canoe Outfitters is also a full service outfitter offering the best in complete and partial Boundary Waters outfitting packages. From our new, ultralight canoes, gear, bunkhouses, hot breakfast, to clean showers, our staff welcomes you. From the quiet east end of the Boundary Waters, we service many entry points along the Gunflint Trail. We also service the south eastern entry points into Quetico Provincial Park from our private tow dock on Saganaga Lake.
