The campsites consist of a cleared area, fire ring, and picnic table. Vault toilets, garbage cans, and hand water pumps are available. Also available are permanent "picket lines" and manure bunkers. All sites are on a first come, first served basis.
Highlights: The campgrounds provide access to 27 miles of riding trails and a parking area for day use. The campground is managed by Crow Wing State Park.

  • Directions to Facility / Event: Go 9.3 miles east of U.S. Highway 10 at Motley on State Highway 210, or 10.2 miles west of State Highway 371 in Baxter on State Highway 210 to the Pillsbury Forest Road. Take the Pillsbury Forest Road 3 miles north to the horse camp.
