- Cottages can be leased by the month for $1,600.00 and we offer a 25% discount before Meorial Day and after Labor Day. The RV park rents by the Season for $1,600.00 and we will prorate during the season.

May 1, 2013 - Sep 30, 2013Utopia Bay Resort and Seasonal RV Park is located 20 miles west of Itasca State Park. Situated on 55 acres with 1300 feet of lake shore and 2.5 miles of hiking trails. We have five 1940's vintage cabins and 24 seasonal RV sites. The property has exceptional privacy with breathtaking views. We have been creating memories for over 70 years.
