The housekeeping cabins at Arcadia Lodge range in size from a cozy one bedroom cabin to two spacious 10-bedroom cabins. Nearly all the cabins are new or newly remodeled within the last couple years and include extras like satellite TV, fireplace, dishwasher, air-conditioning, screened porches and/or large decks. Arcadia Inn offers nightly motel-type lodging above the restaurant and Lodge. Big Turtle Lake offers over 2,000 acres of great fishing. The clear waters and varied structure make ideal smallmouth bass habitat, and the lake also produces great fishing for walleye, northern pike, largemouth bass and panfish. The 22 miles of irregular shoreline are largely uninhabited and are home to a variety of wildlife.The safe, sandy beach is a popular summer gathering spot for kids of all ages and, with water toys like our water trampolines, climbing wall and water slide, the adults have fun too! The playground is located right on the beach and the resort fire pit is located nearby. Our hard-surface basketball court is a popular resort activity as is our free tubing and water-skiing provided weekly with a resort-staffed boat. On rainy days guests can find hours of fun in the game room or shopping in the huge gift shop.
