Year-RoundLocated in Beltrami Island State Forest, managed by Hayes Lake State Park. Bemis Hill Campground has two campsites and four horse campsites. All are considered "primitive," designed to furnish only the basic needs of the camper. Campsites consist of a cleared area, fire ring, and table. In addition, vault toilets, garbage cans, and drinking water is available. The four horse campsites have tie rails, manure disposal, mounting areas, and a picnic shelter.
