Family resort and campground nestled on 18 acres. We have 5 clean cabins each with a deck or porch. Our 15 large campsites come with their own fire ring and picnic table. We even have a group campsite. Bring your bikes and discover the Central Lakes Trail nearby. Great Beach! Great Fishing! Great Fun! At Swan Lake Resort, our guests enjoy five comfortable 2-bedroom cabins, each with their own unique qualities. Our cabins are immaculately clean and comfortable with fully equipped kitchens, televisions/VCR's, soft water, and decks or screen porches overlooking the lake. Each cabin is shaded by towering oaks and cottonwoods, and comes with a Weber grill, picnic table or patio table and chairs. A 14' aluminum boat comes with your cabin rental, or free dockage for your own boat.
The fishing on spring fed Swan Lake is always good, with a hearty supply of sunfish, crappies, northerns and walleyes. Largemouth bass are definitely the most sought after fish the past few years. Groceries, fishing licenses, gas and oil are also available.
Fergus Falls, a city of 13,000, is 6 miles away. Enjoy fine dining, unique shopping, a championship golf course, a fine historical museum, A Center for the Arts, a regional arts and performance center, the new Prairie Wetlands Learning Center, the Pine to Prairie Birding Trail-Minnesota's first official birding trail, and the Central Lakes Trail, a 63 mile stretch of hiking and biking trail that is just 1 1/2 miles from our door!
For on-the-water fun, we have pontoons, paddleboats, kayaks and canoes. Other activities include badminton, volleyball, horseshoes, Frisbee golf, basketball, wooded hiking trails, playground and game room.
Our 15 campsites are shaded and private, and include their own fire ring and picnic table. Hot showers can be found in our modern and clean bathrooms that are centrally located.
