Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. GENERAL. The Explore Minnesota Tourism "Explore Minnesota Winter of Wonder Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") is a sweepstakes where (a) seven (7) eligible entrants will win one (1) of the weekly drawing prizes as described in Section 7 below during seven (7) separate weekly drawings, and (b) one (1) eligible entrant will win a two (2) year lease for a 2009 E85 Chevy Silverado extended cab truck during a drawing to be held at the end of the Sweepstakes entry period. The foregoing is a general description only of this Sweepstakes and the prizes, and is qualified in its entirety by these Official Rules.
2. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, as of the entry date are permanent legal residents of the contiguous United States (i.e., excluding the States of Alaska and Hawaii) or the District of Columbia (excluding the State of New York) (the "Sweepstakes Territory"), and are at least eighteen (18) years old. Additionally, in order to be eligible to win the vehicle lease prize described in Section 7 below, the selected entrant must also (a) have a valid drivers license issued by one (1) of the States in the Sweepstakes Territory (including the District of Columbia), (b) have evidence of all insurance required by law and the vehicle lease, and (c) satisfy the credit and other leasing requirements of Lease Finance Group, Inc. of Eden Prairie, MN ("Lease Finance") and Luther Holding Company and its affiliates, including without limitation, John Hirch's Cambridge Motors, LLC (collectively, "LAG") for leasing the vehicle for two (2) years; such eligibility requirements are in addition to other requirements in order for the vehicle lease winner to take delivery of the vehicle as set forth below, and in the event an entrant is not eligible to win the vehicle lease or take delivery of the vehicle, such entrant will be disqualified from winning the vehicle lease prize and will not be awarded an alternate prize. The Sweepstakes is void in the States of Alaska, Hawaii and New York; outside the Sweepstakes Territory; and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of Explore Minnesota Tourism ("Sponsor"), LAG, International Dairy Queen, Inc. ("IDQ"), Arctic Cat, Inc. ("ACI") and Erik's Bike Shop, Inc. ("EBS"), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, public relations and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, and their respective spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer and director, are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes, and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto, are intended for viewing only within the Sweepstakes Territory, and entrants must be present in the Sweepstakes Territory at the time they enter.
3. TIMING. The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on December 29, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on February 22, 2009 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENTER. There are three (3) ways to enter this Sweepstakes, online, in selected LAG dealerships and by mail, each as described below:
a. TO ENTER ONLINE: During the Entry Period, go to www.exploreminnesota.com/giveaway.asp to the Sweepstakes section of the website and follow the links and instructions for online entry. Completely fill out the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen instructions. All online entries must be received by Sponsor during the Entry Period. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the submitted email address. Submitting mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
b. TO ENTER IN-STORE ONLINE: During the Entry Period, visit a participating Luther Automotive Group dealership in the States of Minnesota, Wisconsin or North Dakota (for a listing of participating locations, go to www.lutherauto.com; each, a "Participating Location") during the Participating Location's business hours and enter online as provided in Section 4(a) above at a Participating Location's Sweepstakes Internet kiosk.
c. TO ENTER BY MAIL: If you do not wish to or are not able to enter online or at one of the Participating Locations, hand print your first and last name, complete home address, area code and telephone number and email address (if any) on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and send it by United States mail in a plain sealed envelope no larger than 9 1/2" x 4 1/4" (a #10 envelope) with correct postage to "Explore Minnesota Winter of Wonder Giveaway - Entry", c/o Explore Minnesota Tourism, 121 East Seventh Place, Suite 100, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101-2144. All mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor during the Entry Period. Mail-in entries will be entered into the Sweepstakes database; eligible mail-in entries become valid at the time they are manually entered into the database by Sponsor. No facsimiles, photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries allowed. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
d. FOR ALL ENTRIES: LIMIT: One (1) entry per week per household in this Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry; a maximum of eight (8) entries in this Sweepstakes per household. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, "Household" means all those individuals residing in a single dwelling at the same street address or same street address and apartment/unit/etc. number, whether such individuals are related or not. Multiple entries from the same household will be disqualified. All entries, regardless of method of entry, must be received by Sponsor during the Entry Period. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of online submission, in-store submission or mailing will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor. See Section 13 below ("Data Collection; Promotional Materials") regarding data collected in connection with an entrant's entry and an entrant's ability to opt-out of/opt-in to receiving marketing and promotional materials. All entrants and entries subject to verification prior to the awarding of a prize, as are the eligibility, age and other claims of/information provided by a potential prize winner. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any or all entrants, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual based on such background check if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding a prize to any such individual might reflect negatively on Sponsor or any of its Sweepstakes partners. Entrants will cooperate with Sponsor and its representatives in connection with any and all verification and background check activities.
5. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES AND DECISIONS. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor or its designee (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of entrants and the winners, and the awarding of prizes), which are final and binding in all respects.
6. DRAWINGS; ODDS; NOTIFICATION.
a. Weekly Drawings. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, Sponsor will conduct a total of seven (7) weekly drawings during the Entry Period between January 7, 2009 and February 18, 2009 (each, a "Weekly Drawing"; a total of seven (7) separate Weekly Drawings). The Weekly Drawing dates are on or about January 7, January 14, January 21, January 28, February 4, February 11, and February 18, 2009. All eligible entries in this Sweepstakes received by Sponsor through 11:59 p.m. CT on the Sunday immediately prior to the applicable Weekly Drawing day (including all non-winning eligible entries in this Sweepstakes received during the Entry Period prior to such day) will constitute the pool of entries for the applicable Weekly Drawing. At each Weekly Drawing, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential Weekly Drawing prize winner from among the pool of eligible entries.
b. Grand Prize Drawing. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, on or about February 25, 2009, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner. All eligible entries in this Sweepstakes received by Sponsor during the Entry Period (including all non-winning eligible entries in this Sweepstakes received during the Entry Period prior to such date and time) will constitute the pool of entries for the Grand Prize.
c. All Drawings; Odds; Notification. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received in this Sweepstakes. The entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. A potential winner will be notified by phone, letter (by postal or overnight delivery) and/or email. A potential winner will be required to execute and return to Sponsor a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, except where prohibited by law, a Publicity Release (an "Affidavit/Release") in the form(s) provided by Sponsor in order to claim his/her prize. Such Affidavit/Release must be returned to Sponsor by the date and/or time indicated within such documents. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the first attempt to contact him/her, or if the potential winner fails to return the Affidavit/Release (and any documents or information requested by the Affidavit/Release) within the specified time, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner declines the prize, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if the potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner may be disqualified and forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected by Sponsor in his/her place at random from among all eligible non-winning entries received for this Sweepstakes up to the applicable drawing date.
7. PRIZES.
a. Weekly Drawing Prizes. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, in this Sweepstakes, a total of seven (7) prizes will be awarded in the Weekly Drawings (one (1) prize per Weekly Drawing). Each Weekly Drawing prize consists of and is limited to the prize associated with the specific Weekly Drawing as described below. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of all seven (7) Weekly Drawing prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $10,851.
i. January 7, 2009 Weekly Drawing prize is a snowboard package consisting of and limited to one (1) snowboard and one (1) set of bindings, all as selected by EBS) (ARV is $550). Winner must personally retrieve the prize within thirty (30) days of written notification of availability at an EBS store, and must present adequate personal identification. In the event winner desires to have the prize shipped to the winner, winner may make alternate arrangements with EBS; in the event EBS ships the prize, winner must pay any actual shipping costs of EBS.
ii. January 14, 2009 Weekly Drawing prize consists of and is limited to one (1) Arctic Cat F570 snowmobile as selected by ACI (ARV is $6,499). Winner is responsible, at winner's sole cost and expense, for retrieving the prize at an authorized Arctic Cat dealer in the Sweepstakes Territory as mutually agreed upon by ACI and winner. Winner must personally retrieve the prize within thirty (30) days of written notification of availability and must present adequate personal identification and participate in a safety training course in order to retrieve the prize.
iii. January 21, 2009 Weekly Drawing prize is one (1) "Minnesota Timberwolves Game Package", which consists of and is limited to the following: (a) two (2) night stay for up to four (4) people at the Marriott City Center in Minneapolis, MN (two (2) rooms with double occupancy and a queen bed; dates and rooms as determined by Sponsor); (b) four (4) tickets to the Saturday, April 11, 2009 Timberwolves game vs. Phoenix Suns at Target Center (seating as determined by Sponsor; tickets subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions thereof), also including valet parking, access to members-only Lexus Locker Room, access to members-only Lexus Lounge, complimentary gourmet cuisine and beverages pre-game in the Lexus Lounge, in-seat food and beverage service, coffee, tea and hot chocolate post-game in the Lexus Locker Room, opportunity to sit on the court during pre-game warm-ups and watch Coach McHale's press conference with the Twin Cities media after the game in the Media Press Room (ARV is $2,150).
iv. January 28, 2009 Weekly Drawing prize consists of and is limited to one (1) $500 Mall of America gift card (ARV is $500). Gift card subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions thereof. Gift card may be used anywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted. Valid for one (1) year; any balance after one (1) year will be subject to service fees and value will decline.
v. February 4, 2009 Weekly Drawing prize is a snowboard package consisting of and limited to one (1) snowboard and one (1) set of bindings, all as selected by EBS) (ARV is $550). Winner must personally retrieve the prize within thirty (30) days of written notification of availability at an EBS store, and must present adequate personal identification. In the event winner desires to have the prize shipped to the winner, winner may make alternate arrangements with EBS; in the event EBS ships the prize, winner must pay any actual shipping costs of EBS.
vi. February 11, 2009 Weekly Drawing prize consists of and is limited to three (3) night's lodging (Lodge Room with two (2) queen beds) at Cragun's Resort & Hotel on Gull Lake located in Brainerd, Minnesota for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children (children must accompany their parents/legal guardians, and must be twelve (12) years old or younger) (ARV is $477). Lodging accommodations (including dates and room) are subject to availability and blackout dates, and must occur and be used between March 15, 2009 and September 15, 2009. Subject to other terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions of use of Cragun's Resort & Hotel on Gull Lake at time of use. For more information see www.craguns.com.
vii. February 18, 2009 Weekly Drawing prize consists of and is limited to one (1) night's lodging for up to two (2) adults at the Shooting Star Casino Hotel and Event Center in Mahnomen, MN (one (1) room with double occupancy and two (2) queen beds; date and room as determined by Sponsor), includes two (2) buffets (ARV is $125).
b. Grand Prize. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, in this Sweepstakes, one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
i. The Grand Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) prepaid two (2) year lease of one (1) 2009 E85 Chevy Silverado extended cab truck at 15,000 miles per year (ARV is $18,000). Lease prepayments are limited to twenty-four (24) monthly lease payments and any applicable lease down payment. Winner is solely responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with the vehicle, including, without limitation: registrations, license, title, income, sales or other taxes, insurance, maintenance, gas, additional equipment or accessories, and optional insurance or other products. At lease expiration, winner will be solely responsible for all maintenance, excess wear and tear charges, damage charges and over-mileage charges, as specified in the lease agreement. LAG will endeavor to provide color selection to winner, but LAG will ultimately select the vehicle that is subject to the lease. If a 2009 E85 Chevy Silverado extended cab truck is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another vehicle of equal or greater value. Subject to the mutual agreement of LAG and the Grand Prize winner on the terms and conditions of a vehicle purchase transaction, the Grand Prize Winner has the option of applying the ARV ($18,000) toward the purchase of a vehicle from LAG. There are no additional warranties on the vehicle except as may be offered by the manufacturer.
ii. As a condition to taking delivery of the vehicle, the potential winner must (A) obtain credit approval from Lease Finance for the lease; application for which will be coordinated by LAG; (B) present to LAG a valid drivers license issued by one (1) of the States in the Sweepstakes Territory (including the District of Columbia), (C) present to LAG evidence of all insurance required by law and the vehicle lease, and (D) execute a valid two (2) year lease for the vehicle with LAG and Lease Finance. The Grand Prize is subject to, and the winner shall be solely responsible for and assume, all the terms, conditions and restrictions of the lease. The lease will be in substantially the form of a lease form which may be obtained from LAG upon written request to LAG c/o John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors, LLC, 700 South Garfield Ave. Cambridge, MN 55008. Attn: John Hirsch. The lease will be provided to the potential Grand Prize winner by LAG and must be executed and delivered to LAG by the date and time specified by LAG. If, for any reason, the potential Grand Prize winner is ineligible, unable or unwilling to execute the lease or take delivery of the vehicle, then the potential winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected by Sponsor in his/her place at random from among all eligible non-winning entries received for this Sweepstakes up to the applicable drawing date; in such event, the disqualified potential Grand Prize winner will not be awarded an alternate prize.
iii. Winner is responsible, at winner's sole cost and expense, for picking up the vehicle at an authorized Chevrolet dealership in the Sweepstakes Territory as specified by Sponsor. Neither LAG nor Sponsor shall be responsible for delays in delivery of the vehicle, and delivery is subject to availability. LAG, however, shall use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver to the Grand Prize winner the vehicle within thirty (30) days after receipt by LAG and Lease Finance of all required items and information specified herein. The Grand Prize winner bears all risk of loss or damage to the vehicle after it has been delivered to the specified delivery site. The Grand Prize Winner must personally retrieve the awarded vehicle within thirty (30) days of written notification of delivery and must present adequate personal identification and proof of insurance as required in these Official Rules.
c. All Prizes. The aggregate ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $30,451. Prizes may vary from prize pictures used to promote the Sweepstakes; any depiction of prizes in promotional materials is for illustrative purposes only. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, and prizes are awarded "AS IS" with no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by Sponsor or for which Sponsor may be liable, including, without limitation, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No substitution, assignment, refund or transfer of a prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof) of greater or equal value, including cash, if a prize is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner is solely and fully responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes, assessments and expenses associated with prize award, receipt and use not expressly specified herein as part of a prize, including, without limitation, transportation costs, lodging/additional lodging, meals, gratuities, insurance, surcharges and other costs and expenses incurred by the winner and winner's guests in accepting and using the prize, including, without limitation, all international, federal, state and local taxes on the prize. If applicable, a prize winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize won. Entrants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning a prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem or claim any prize in this Sweepstakes. Gift cards and admission tickets will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. If required by Sponsor, each of the winner's guests must execute and deliver to Sponsor a Liability Release and a Publicity Release in the documents provided by Sponsor as a condition to use of any component of the prize; if the guest is a minor in his/her state of residency, the minor's parent or legal guardian must verify and confirm his or her agreement to the Liability Release and Publicity Release in the documents provided by Sponsor on the parent's or legal guardian's behalf and on the minor's behalf in order to attend and participate LIMIT: One (1) Weekly Drawing prize in this Sweepstakes per person or household; provided, however, all entrants submitting a valid entry in this Sweepstakes (including prior winners of a Weekly Drawing prize in this Sweepstakes) are eligible for a chance to win the Grand Prize.
8. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's (and its designees', successors' and assigns') use of winner's name, biography, likeness, voice, photographs, video, opinions, statements, hometown, state and country for promotional purposes in any manner or media (including, without limitation, online), worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further payment, consideration, notice, review or consent.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical difficulties or failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right (but does not have the obligation) in its sole discretion to award any or all of the prizes at random from among eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of suspected impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of these Official Rules.
10. RELEASE. By entering, each entrant forever and irrevocably releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates, Sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers (including, without limitation, LAG, IDQ, ACI and EBS, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents from and against all claims, damages or liabilities arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant's participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or entrant's award, receipt or use of any prize awarded in the Sweepstakes.
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete, postage-due, misdirected entries or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any telephone, mail, website or service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (e) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material from Sponsor's website, regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor's website by a hypertext link.
12. DISPUTES. Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Ramsey County, Minnesota; entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Minnesota for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Minnesota the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota.
13. DATA COLLECTION; PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS. Entrants provide personal information on the entry form when they enter this Sweepstakes. Sponsor collects this information and uses it to (a) administer this Sweepstakes and (b) for market research and for other marketing purposes. Sponsor may share this information with third parties who need access to this information to perform services on Sponsor's behalf. Sponsor may also share this information with select marketing partners (including, without limitation, LAG, IDQ, ACI and EBS, who may use it to contact you with information and offers they believe will be of interest to you. When you enter the Sweepstakes at Sponsor's website, you will be given an opportunity to "opt-out" of (by un-checking applicable boxes) or "opt-in" to (by checking applicable boxes) receiving marketing or promotional communications from Sponsor and/or its marketing partners on the online entry form. If you enter the Sweepstakes by mail, you may elect to "opt-in" to receiving marketing or promotional communications from Sponsor and/or its marketing partners by stating on your entry form that you desire to receive such communications. Consenting to receive such emails and information (by not "opting-out" or by "opting in") is optional, and is not necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes, nor will it increase or improve your chances of winning. 14. NAME REMOVAL NOTIFICATION SYSTEM. To have your name and address removed from Sponsor's sweepstakes/contest mailing list, send a written request to Explore Minnesota Tourism, 121 East Seventh Place, Suite 100, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101-2144 . Be sure to include in the request your full name and address and specifically indicate that you wish to be removed from the mailing list. Your request will be processed within 60 days after receipt, after which time no further sweepstakes/contest mailings will be sent to you from Sponsor.

These Official Rules are available online at www.exploreminnesota.com at the Sweepstakes section of the website or by sending a self-addressed postage-stamped envelope to "Explore Minnesota Winter of Wonder Giveaway - Rules Request", c/o Explore Minnesota Tourism, 121 East Seventh Place, Suite 100, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101-2144. Vermont residents do not need to affix return postage.
16. WINNER'S LIST. To request a list of winners, send a self-addressed postage-stamped envelope to "Explore Minnesota Winter of Wonder" - Winners' List Request", c/o Explore Minnesota Tourism, 121 East Seventh Place, Suite 100, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101-2144. Requests must be received prior to May 22, 2009.
