    Cinch World's Toughest Rodeo™ rides back into Saint Paul for two thrilling shows Friday - Saturday, Jan. 5 and 6, 2018, at Xcel Energy Center.

    The popular "Party on the Dirt," featuring Dylan Scott, will take place following Saturday night's rodeo action.

    Cinch World's Toughest Rodeo showcases champion cowboys from around the United States competing in bareback riding, saddle bronc riding or bull riding, while the ladies will be vying for the championship title in barrel racing. The top two in each event will return for a second time to go head-to-head to determine the night's champion.

    Before the rodeo each night beginning at 6 p.m., fans are invited to come early and partake in the interactive activities for all ages including pony rides, all access meet-and-greets with cowboys and entertainers, hopping in the clown's barrel for photos, sitting on Midnight the bull in the bucking chutes, or getting up close and personal with the Cinch World's Toughest Rodeo animal superstars.

    Cinch World's Toughest Rodeo will feature the return of Bull Jumper Emmanuel Lataste. The Frenchman will show off his unbelievable athletic talent and nerves of steel as he takes extreme sport to another level. Bull Jumping, a sport directly linked to South Western French tradition called "Course Landaise," will include more than 15 jumps and maneuvers over a four-year-old charging Mexican fighting bull.

    With a career spanning 25 years, Dave Matthews Band is one of the most influential bands in rock history. Formed in Charlottesville, VA in 1991, Dave Matthews Band's infectious and distinctive sound garnered lots of early attention and a die-hard loyal fan base, catapulting the band into one of the most successful touring acts of the past two decades.

    The group has since released eight studio albums and numerous live recordings, selling a collective 38 million CDs and DVDs combined since the 1994 release of its major label debut, Under the Table and Dreaming.     GRAMMY Award-winning multiplatinum chart-dominating artist LORDE has released her highly anticipated sophomore album, Melodrama. To celebrate the release, LORDE has announced her 2018 North American tour dates, including a stop at the Xcel Energy Center. Melodrama is available now across all digital service providers.

    Ahead of the release, LORDE gave fans a preview of her second studio album, dropping four songs off Melodrama beginning with the release of lead single "Green Light" in March and follow-up tracks "Liability," "Sober," and current single "Perfect Places."

    The National Collegiate Hockey Conference's annual championship weekend is heading to Saint Paul, Minn. beginning with the 2017-18 season.

    The NCHC Frozen Faceoff is the culmination of the NCHC Tournament, with the two semifinals taking place on Friday followed by the third-place game and championship on Saturday. This season's Frozen Faceoff will take place on March 16-17, 2018 at Xcel Energy Center.

    Fans who purchase all-session ticket packages to the 2018 NCHC Frozen Faceoff by Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017 will become a Priority Ticket Member and receive additional perks surrounding the NCHC’s championship weekend. Priority Ticket Member perks for the 2018 Frozen Faceoff will be announced at a later date.
