The western Mediterranean influenced American cuisine focuses on the bounty of the farming community of southeastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin. The menu is ultimately determined by the seasonally availability of produce and meats provided by the local farmers. Breads are baked fresh daily on the premises as well as ice creams and sausages.
