    The 46th annual spring dance concert of Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts' Dance Repertory Company will feature works that range from classical to contemporary, ballet to hip hop, including re-staged works as well as brand new choreography created by MCA faculty and regional guest artists. Audiences will experience a variety of different dance styles and learn how dancers can tell a story through movement, music, and other production elements.

    This year's Sugar Plum Fairy Tea Party will feature two tea sittings (1pm and 4pm). Specialty teas and exquisite finger foods will be served. Additionally, the Land of the Sweets Gift Boutique, featuring holiday gifts and crafts, is available to the public from 12:30 to 5:30pm.

    Tickets are $15 for children and $20 for adults. All children attending the tea party will receive a complimentary photo with their favorite character(s) from the "Nutcracker" ballet. Tea attendees will enjoy the sounds of live music and a dance demonstration by the Sugar Plum Fairy.

    This event is a fundraiser to help produce The Nutcracker and ensure that quality arts instruction is accessible to all.

    Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts and Saint Mary's Department of Theatre and Dance present Dance Repertory Company's 10th biennial production of Tchaikovsky's holiday classic ballet, The Nutcracker.

    Join Clara and her beloved Nutcracker as she journeys through the land of sweets, complete with sugar plum fairies, snowflakes, dew drops and russian babas.

    "The Nutcracker" will be presented at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov.29 through Saturday, Dec. 1, and at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2. Tickets are $12 for adults, $5 for students and senior citizens.

    The Nov. 28th performance will be a special abridged performance perfect for younger children and their families. This performance is around 1 hour and all tickets are only $5.
