60km Pisten Bully Groomed. 30K tracked, 30k Skate Located on US Hwy 61 midway between Lutsen and Grand Marais at Cascade Lodge. Connects with Cascade River State Park and North Shore Mountains trails. Rugged Sawtooth Mountain terrain has challenging intermediate and expert trails, with some beginner loops. Trail extends out to Deer yard lake, with multiple loops along the scenic North Shore of Lake Superior all the way to Lutsen. Part of a 196-km ski-through network along the North Shore.
