Year-Round32.0 km trackset. 11.0 km skate-ski. All skill level trails. West on Co Rd 7 from Grand Marais, N on Co Rd 48, then N on Forest Rd 158. Variety of cedar swamp, balsam and pine forest. Meanders along wildlife pond. Ski 17.6km from Bally Creek to Cascade State Park. Maps along trail. MN Ski pass required.

From downtown Grand Marais on Highway 61, go south turn right on Gunflint Trail (5th Ave. W), turn left onto Co. Rd. 7. Drive west on Co. Rd. 7 and right at the second Co. Rd. 48, turn left onto FS Rd. 158 (Bally Creek Rd) for 2 mi. to trailhead.
