Wilderness canoe trips into the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and Canada's Quetico Park. Complete and partial outfitting, canoe tow service and bunk accommodations. Housekeeping cabins also available. Family operated with 3 generations of experience. Top-notch service, canoes and equipment. Lakeside location on the edge of the wilderness, at the end of Moose Lake Road, 22 mi NE of Ely. La Tourell's Outfitters provides wilderness canoe trips into Minnesota's BWCA and Ontario's Quetico Park. Located 23 miles northeast of Ely on spectacular Moose Lake, La Tourell's offers the best of access into the heart of this magnificent area, with numerous routes available right from our docks. Being the closest outfitter to the BWCA and Quetico Park in the Ely area, we are at the actual end of the road. Beyond us you will experience the pure beauty of glacial carved lakes and pine-covered forests along with amazing fishing and abundant wildlife. This area of over two million acres awaits you.For three generations, the La Tourell family has been catering to canoeing and fishing enthusiasts. You can be assured with the experience and knowledge gained during this time guiding, fishing, canoeing, and living in the Boundary Waters-Quetico area, that the information that you receive will be accurate and dependable. Whether it's a trip in search of the trophy smallmouth, walleye, northern, and lake trout that our area is famous for or a relaxing trip to enjoy the majestic beauty of the surroundings, we will provide you with exceptional service.

Exit Ely travelling NE on Sheridan St which becomes CR 18 or Fernberg Trail. Travel about 18 miles. Take a left on paved Moose Lake Rd where you'll see our sign. Travel to the end of the road where you will see our sign and your adventure begins!
