1871 home listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Former home of the George A. Hormel the founder of Hormel Foods, Inc. Greek Revival home features stained glass windows, honeycomb design ceiling, Quesal light fixtures and a unique childhood bedroom. Peace Garden is unique in the region, featuring the type of old fashioned flowers you remember from your grandmother's garden.
Drop in self guided tours available year round. Guided tours, minimum of 10 people by appointment only.
Attached banquet hall, seating 200 people available for catered meals or events.
