  3. Walk to End Hunger - Give Back Before Giving Thanks

    60 East Broadway
    Bloomington, MN 55425
    Call: 952-883-8800

Mark your calendars, the fifth annual Walk to End Hunger is Thursday November 27, 2014 - Thanksgiving Day - inside the Mall of America. Registration opens at 7:00am and the Walk kicks off at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 10:00am. Since its inception in 2008, the Walk to End Hunger has raised nearly $900,000 to help support the 12 partner hunger relief organizations that work together to eliminate hunger in the Twin Cities metro area. But we're not done. The financial and economic crisis of 2008 caused a dramatic increase in hunger and this high level of hunger continues today. Currently one in five families with children in the Twin Cities are struggling to put food on the table. We look forward to seeing you Thanksgiving morning for this fun, family-friendly 5K walk that has something for everyone on the indoor route. Please join us and give back before giving thanks!
