Apr 19, 2013 - Oct 18, 2013Situated on the banks of the Mississippi River, the 610-acre Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park offers visitors the chance to see our Nation's greatest river up close. The West Coon Rapids Dam Visitor Center features fascinating displays about the Mississippi River, including aquariums featuring local fish and turtles. Visitors may also picnic, hike, or fish from the river shoreline.
