Dunton Locks County Park is nestled along the shores of Muskrat Lake and Lake Sallie near Detroit Lakes. The park offers picnic shelters, two fishing piers, a mechanical boat tram, a paved 1.0 mile non-motorized recreation trail, as well as 6.1 km of hiking and mountain biking trails, which double as cross-country ski trails in the winter.

From Detroit Lakes, go south approximately 2 miles on Trunk Highway 59. Turn right (west) on County Road 6 for approximately 1/3 mile. Turn left (south)on County Road 19 for 3/4 mile. The Park entrance is on your left. Watch for signs.
