    Dave Weckl is one of today's most acclaimed jazz drummers. Starting out on the New York fusion scene in the early 1980s, Weckl worked with artists such as Paul Simon, Madonna, George Benson, Robert Plant and Mike Stern. His most famous early work was his seven years with the Chick Corea Elektric Band. Among Weckl's many accolades was Modern Drummer inducting him into their Hall of Fame, naming him one of the 25 Best Drummers of All Time.
