Year-RoundThe Belwin Conservancy is a conservation nonprofit located around Afton, Minnesota. We are actively working to protect and restore land in the St. Croix Valley. At the same time we are using our extensive 1,300 acre preserve in innovative ways to deepen our connection to the natural world. Parts of our preserve are open to visitors. There are several miles of public hiking trails available and our bison observation platform is open all summer long.

: Our hiking trails are open during daylight hours all year long. The bison observation platform is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the summer months, when the bison are present.

Our preserve is located along Stagecoach Trail between the Village of Afton and I-94. The bison observation platform is located off of Division Street, east of Stagecoach. The public hiking trails are located off of 11th Street & Stagecoach.
