Open:

Racers compete against other riders in their age and skill level. Riders advance from novice to intermediate and expert classes as their individual skill level increases. There are also opportunities to compete in state and national races on locally owned sponsored teams if riders wish. It's easy to get started, Just show up for any practice or race and fill out the necessary application. The only equipment required is a 20" BMX bike style bicycle that passes a safety inspection. In addition to helmets, riders must wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants. Helmets are available at the track for loan.
