Off-Road Trails Featured in ATV Guide

ATVMinnesota has over 1,000 miles of trail that cater to all-terrain vehicles, off-highway motorcycles, and off-road vehicles. An annual trail guide, Minnesota ATVentures, includes dozens of trails with maps and insider information to help off-road riders plan where to go.

There are numerous off-road destinations in central, northwest, and northeast Minnesota, as well as a cluster in southeastern bluff country and elsewhere in southern Minnesota. Trails have been developed through state forests, in former gravel pits and mining areas, and along old railroad lines.

The guide provides detailed descriptions of trail terrain, seasonal availability, scenic sights, difficulty levels, and where to find provisions and nearby places to stay. The guide also includes details about vehicle registration and trail passes for non-Minnesota residents.
