Reconstructed employee duplex from 1854 Indian agency destroyed in a US Government conflict with Dakota Indians in 1862. In addition to the historic site, this park is at the confluence of the beautiful Yellow Medicine and Minnesota Rivers. Approximately 18 mi of hiking , horse also or 16 mi of snowmobile trail. Explore the open prairie knolls, bluffs and cool, wooded slopes. Admission by State Park vehicle permit.

  • Directions to Facility / Event: From the town of Granite Falls at the intersection of State Highway 212 and 23, go south on State Highway 23, about one block to State Highway 67. Turn left on 67 and go eight miles to park entrances.
