The Historic Mayowood Mansion is the former home of Doctor Charles H. Mayo, co-founder of the world renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Original furnishings. One-hour guided walking tour. For reservations and tour availability call 507/282-9447.

  • Directions to Facility / Event: Highway 52 South. Take Exit 54-B off to the right. Top of ramp turn right. Apx. 1.5 miles turn left on Co. Rd # 8. Next intersection turn right on Co. Rd # 125. One mile to driveway.

  • Additional Date Information: Christmas tours are in November. Three weekends, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, ending the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Bus groups welcome, private tours during the weekdays.
