The Historic Stans House, Museum and Research Center contain exhibits related to Scott County history including galleries dedicated to Maurice Stans (a Shakopee native who served under President Nixon as Secretary of Commerce).
Trace your family history in our research library, experience 20th century MN in the 1908 Stans house, & more. SCHS offers programs, exhibits and resources that appeal to people of all ages, educational backgrounds, interests & experiences.
