For our May History Buff Book Chat, we will discuss Hazelbourne Ladies Motorcycle and Flying Club by Helen Simson. Set in post-WWI England, the “whip-smart and utterly transportive” book “is historical fiction of the highest order: an unforgettable coming-of-age story, a tender romance, and a portrait of a nation on the brink of change.” Led by WCHS member, Carolyn Goplen, join in a conversation about a different book each month from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. The Book Chat group is open to everyone.
