Indie Film 101 with Karl Jacob

Does your teen have a passion for film and television?Would they love to learn how they can make their own stories come to life?
$100 Scholarships available (10 Students Maximum, Minimum 4 Required)
Students ages 13-18 will join Karl Jacob in this 12 hour workshop focusing on the basics of creating and independent short film with minimal equipment. From creating the storyline to editing the final cut, students will learn all they need to know to begin creating their own films with confidence.
Karl Jacob is an artist, actor of film and television, photographer, writer, producer, director and award winning filmmaker. Originally from the Iron Range, he is a graduate of Hibbing High School. Karl has lived and worked in New York City for over 20 years since leaving the range but often visits home and uses the area as the subject of most of his work. Karl is also co-creator and co-host along with Aaron Brown to the popular podcast about Victor Power,“Power in the Wilderness”
