Blue Earth is beautiful agricultural community, rich in heritage and rich in community spirit. Specialty shops, parks, historical museums and nature are everywhere, especially by the Blue Earth River which encircles the town. Blue Earth is small town living at its best! Bring your hiking boots, your bike, canoe or kayak, there is plenty to explore! Shopping enthusiasts will love our eclectic shops and boutiques. Blue Earth is an Affiliate Travel Information Center, Stop and visit our 60' Giant Statue standing in Giant Park, and our Free Memorabilia Museum in our Welcome Center. Shaded picnic area, restrooms, EV charging station, local and state-wide travel brochures and free state maps. Plenty of Parking. Find all of our uniquely painted Sprout statues all throughout the town, each one painted by a local artist. Visit the new dinosaur exhibit at the Blue Earth Community Library. Plan to attend our annual events; Giant Days the 2nd weekend in July, our spring and fall garage sales and our newest event the Blue Earth Fall Festival.
