Submit Your Events for the Winter Explorer by Sept. 19

The deadline for submitting events for possible inclusion in the winter edition of the Minnesota Explorer is fast approaching. If you want your eligible winter events to be considered for the print edition of this popular seasonal publication, you must update your information via our online Tourism Manager no later than Wednesday, Sept. 19.
With your login, you can update your free basic event information, including the following options:
- Add new events
- Resubmit events that were listed last year, revising the date, description, and any other details that have changed.
- Submit or change one photo or logo that will appear on your website listing page and in search results. Additional photos and other enhanced features are available for paid upgraded listings.
- If your event is not positioned correctly on the map, you can simply drag and drop the map pin to show exactly where your event will be held.
- Add search results text which will appear when your event is included in a results list on a website search. Appealing descriptions and photos in search results greatly increase the likelihood of potential travelers viewing your event page and attending your event.
Eligible events may be included in the Minnesota Explorer newspaper, which will be distributed with the Star Tribune on Sunday, Nov. 18, and available to order online or pick up at visitor centers statewide. Not sure if your event is eligible? Go to the event criteria page on our industry website.
