    Minnesota's own Emmy Award-winning acoustic troubadour, Michael Monroe, performs an evening of warm-hearted "folk legend favorites" by James Taylor, Cat Stevens, Joni Mitchell, Peter, Paul and Mary and more. Michael's rich vocals, crystal/bamboo flutes and his hand-crafted Seaton guitars, ("works of art" made of 200 year-old reclaimed wood from the bottom of Lake Superior) showcase his signature mellifluous sound.

    Special guest Phil Kitchen joins Michael on vocals and 12 string guitar - together they will recreate their singing partnership from the '70s. It’s been decades since they performed as a duo in the Twin Cities. You'll hear their signature tunes "Wedding Song" and “Sebastian!" Also joining Michael will be Chris Jantzen on viola and Gordy Johnson on upright string bass.
