    The Cass County Fair is an annual event held at the Cass County Fairgrounds in Pine River and is a sanctioned 4-H entry fair. It features a full array of activities and midway, Commercial displays, a kid's mini-farm and much more! It is a free fair with free general admission and free parking!

    The 15th Annual Lakes Bluegrass Festival will be held near Pine River at the new site named Lakes Area Music & Event Park, just 1/2 mile north of Pine River on State Highway 371. The event features award winning nationally known and regional bluegrass bands. The Lakes Bluegrass Festival that has gained state and regional acceptance. Rough RV and tent camping will be available. Electrical hook-up sites are available. Camping opens August 25.     The Pine River Art Show is an annual event featuring Pine River area artist's work. Art items are both for sale and for viewing. Art includes landscapes, wildlife, murals and more. The event is sponsored each year by the Pine River Art Club. Demonstrations and seminars are conducted during the two day show. It is held at the Warehouse Community Center in Pine River. Admission is free to the public.

    The "racing ducks" are really decoys, not live fowl! Ducks are rented for $1 each and prizes are given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each race. A "Grand Duck Off Race" is held each Friday for the Grand Prize. All ages are welcome to race a duck down the Pine River! Registration begins at 1:45 P.M. Races generally last a hour to a hour and a half.

    The Pine River Heritage Days is focused on the history of Pine River and the restored Pine River Railroad Depot which has been added to the National Register of Historic Buildings! Events kick off with a high tea at the Pine River Railroad Depot on Thursday. A quilt show will take place at the United Methodist Church Friday and Saturday. A historic 1830's encampment featuring historical displays, tepees, fur traders and more will take place at Forbes Park all four days with FREE Hobo Stew feed on Saturday at Noon! No admission charge except for the High Tea!

    Pine River Summerfest is a entire community festival with many civic groups and organizations taking part. Included are arts/crafts displays, parade on Saturday, duck races, softball tournament, Legion steak fry, sidewalk sales, flea market and more! Including a classic Car and Tractor show and Rhubarb Fest!

    Kicks off with The Warehouse Kid's Block Party on Wednesday from 6-8 P.M. Free admission.

    This show will be held in our Pine River Bank location 103 Mill Street South in Pine River MN 56474. Registration starts at 8am. Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded at noon.

    Everything Rhubarb! Sponsored by Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, you'll find every conceivable kind of rhubarb treat for sale including pies, cookies, upside down cake and more! Arts & craft sales on site as well. Held as a part of Pine River Summerfest at the church located at 203 2nd St. North in Pine River.
