Explore and celebrate the night sky with Starry Skies North, the Minnesota Chapter of Dark Sky International. Come to our variety of free events throughout the week in Duluth, MN and Superior, WI. There is something for everyone!
On Thursday Sept 4th, hear a talk by Laura Erickson, an internationally recognized birding expert at the Duluth Folk School. On Saturday, Sept. 6th, visit the Great Lakes Aquarium for exhibits on light pollution and its impact on aquatic life, as well as children's activities. On Wednesday, Sept. 10th, enjoy a free planetarium showing at UMD. Then close out the week on Friday Sept. 12th with a star party at Billings Park in Superior, WI.
