If you are looking for that good-old fashioned winter with SNOW, book your tickets for “Blizzard,” the Circus Juventas holiday show. The award-winning youth performing arts circus school promises stunning acrobatics and high-flying trapeze acts … all under a steady shower of snow inside the big top. Performances run weekends Dec. 6 through 15 under the big top, 1270 Montreal Avenue, St. Paul, MN. Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. November 11. Mark your calendar as seats are limited and shows typically sell out. Tickets are $25 for children, $35 for adults. Blizzard showcases nonstop action. Imagine: the Grinch on Mount Crumpet and the Whos of Whoville in a wildly rambunctious Teeterboard act, ethereal candy cane aerialists, a beautiful aerial ‘Nutcracker’ Pas de Deux, and a triple trapeze act with ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’ Jack Skellington! It all begins as three mischievous elves in the North Pole accidentally crack open The BIG Book of Holiday Stories and release Christmas characters who make their grand entrances in this fast-paced, hour-long show.
