A cooking class featuring recipes from the Leduc Family’s Cookbook! Guests will help prepare multiple dishes from the cookbook on an outdoor open fire (dress for the weather!) . The meal will include a main dish, several sides, and non-alcoholic beverages. Guests will also have a tour of the estate. After the tour, guests will enjoy the food they helped prepare!

The main dish contains meat, and most dishes contain eggs, dairy, and gluten. Unfortunately the LeDuc Family cookbook is neither halal nor kosher. We can provide alternative items for consumption at the end, but the event itself will involve cooking items that food or allergen sensitive guests may prefer to avoid. If you do have food needs, please be sure to let us know in advance in the notes field when you sign up.

Pork Leg (contains eggs and gluten)
Mac and Cheese (contains dairy, eggs, and gluten)
Squash (contains dairy, eggs and gluten)
Leduc Family Donuts (contains dairy, eggs, and gluten)
