Join us for a magical evening on the lake! Enjoy delicious food and hear from keynote speaker Laurie Allmann, environmental essayist and poet.
Laurie Allmann is an award-winning environmental writer, essayist and poet (Far from Tame, University of MN Press and An Hour Now, Nodin Press). Her writings explore everything from the behavior of birds to the flights of butterflies, from astronomical events to the movements of salamanders. Join her for an engaging evening of readings and stories.
Allmann is currently serving a year-long term as Artist in Residence for the nonprofit North Woods and Waters of the St. Croix Heritage Area.
Tickets are $40 per person and include:
