MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is a full-contact combat sport that integrates techniques from various martial arts, including Muay Thai, but also incorporates grappling, wrestling, and submission holds. Fights take place in a cage and allow for dynamic, unpredictable strategies that transition between striking, takedowns, ground work, and submissions.
