Join us for an evening celebration of chefs who have changed the way we think about food in Minnesota! The event will be moderated by James Norton of the Heavy Table and will feature a conversation with local chefs Russell Klein (Meritage) and Jamie Malone (Paris Dining Club) and cookbook author and TV host Zoë François as they discuss the influence of Julia Child, their journey as chefs and food writers, and unique stories from the Twin Cities food scene.
